Since the death of Michael Joseph Jackson on June 25, 2009, Firpo Carr has written an article about some aspect of Jackson's incredible life (personal, legal, religious, or business) on a weekly basis. These articles (July 2, 2009 - June 24, 2010) have been compiled into the ebook, The Michael Jackson Aftermath: One Year Later. It's an acknowledgement to the Gloved One's greatness.
Appearing in the Los Angeles Sentinel newspaper, these articles are the only ones of their kind. As Jackson's religious advisor, personal friend and confidant, Carr offers unique perspectives. The Jackson Family asked Firpo to be their sole spokesman when Michael’s legal team was restrained from speaking due to a gag order.
Carr offered his services for free. Neither has he ever charged for the articles he has written. For years he has donated his time and resources for causes like Michael's, as well as others who are less fortunate than the King of Pop. The ebook is free. For those so inclined, tax-deductible donations are welcomed.
